Ensures microbiological safety
The product is held at the set temperature for a sufficient time to reduce target microorganisms to safe levels, improving shelf life and consumer safety.
Product group · Hygienic Process Equipment
Pasteurizers are units that ensure microbiological safety by heating liquid foods to a set temperature for a set time and then rapidly cooling them. The heat-recovery section of the plate exchanger transfers the heat from the outgoing hot product to the incoming cold product, significantly cutting energy consumption. At Denfor Endüstriyel, we supply plate-type pasteurizers as a complete unit, engineered to capacity, with a balance tank, product pump, holding section, automatic control panel and CIP connections.

Why it matters
Ensures microbiological safety by subjecting liquid foods to heat treatment at a set temperature-time combination.
The product is held at the set temperature for a sufficient time to reduce target microorganisms to safe levels, improving shelf life and consumer safety.
The heat-recovery section of the plate exchanger transfers the heat from the outgoing hot product to the incoming cold product, significantly cutting energy consumption.
The automatic control panel diverts the product back automatically in the event of a temperature deviation, preventing insufficiently heat-treated product from moving on down the line.
Supplied as a complete unit engineered to capacity, including the balance tank, product pump, holding section and CIP connections.
Types
All three work on the same plate heat-transfer principle; what sets them apart is capacity and the scope of equipment.
A compact solution for small-scale businesses and pilot production lines, offered with basic balance tank and control equipment.
With a high heat-recovery rate and full automation equipment, integrated into the continuous production line of dairy and beverage plants.
Allows several products with different viscosity and temperature profiles to be processed on the same line through recipe-based automation.

Selection cannot be made without the first two items. The rest determine the scope of equipment and level of automation.

Create a quote requestFAQ
The questions we hear most often when quoting pasteurizers.
The heat from the outgoing hot product is used to pre-heat the incoming cold product; this significantly reduces the energy spent on heating and cooling, lowering operating cost.
When the automatic control system detects that the temperature has stayed below the target value, it returns the insufficiently heat-treated product via an automatic diversion valve to be processed again.
Low-to-medium viscosity liquid foods such as milk, buttermilk (ayran), juice and liquid egg can be processed in plate pasteurizers; higher-viscosity products may require different exchanger types.
The unit is delivered with CIP connections; if you already have a CIP station it is integrated with that, and if not, a separate CIP unit can be quoted alongside it.
No. While our office is on Istanbul's Anatolian side (Ataşehir), we supply and ship across Istanbul's European side, the surrounding provinces and the Marmara region, and Turkey as a whole — covering your equipment end to end, from a single source.
